BEING NOSEY - SURVEYING THE SCENE

If you've got 5 mins to spare - we'd love to get your thoughts on favourite characters, episodes and when you first fell in love with the 'Verse. Not for anything sinister like audience targeting or anything like that (we'll leave that for the day job!) but merely out of friendly curiosity. And, for the chance to provoke a few more debates that have already been held on multiple forums across the Internet. It's always healthy.

Everything is anonymous and unlinked on these quick questions, so you can vote in some, all, or none of them. But feel free to share them amongst your own local band of Browncoats if you do click the [vote] buttons. For the record, Steve and Naomi of Firefly Store HQ made the following choices, including the newest poll we've recently added at the top (about Firefly's future).

  • Firefly's future? Being realistic we're pushing for Audio adventures, a spin-off show set in the 'Verse and an animated cartoon
  • Favourite characters: Jayne and River
  • Favourite episodes: The Train Job, Jaynestown, War Stories.
  • We saw Firefly first, then the movie Serenity when it came out in 2005
  • Proud to say that our many viewings of the movie included the rough cut at the BFI in London and World Premiere in Edinburgh

So, do you agree with us, or think we're mad? Either way, we'll look forward to seeing what everyone else thinks. When we last checked (before our subscription got too pricey!) we'd received over 5,000 votes. So it's hopefully a good benchmark.
